What the fuck does somebody have to do to be labeled a racist these days -- wear a white hood and burn a cross?  What Ferraro has said proves that she's an out and out, blatanat, no holds barred, disgusting, despicable racist.  Period.

    •  It is racist whether it is (4+ / 0-)
a derogative remark about someone while referring to their race or skin color just the same as it is to call someone the N word.

In that same fashion, the person that she is representing is using the racial issue to try to stop his chance of winning. That in fact amounts to being a racist in itself.

I will say that over the years I had come to believe that the Clinton's were not racist, but I am now starting to rethink that. I am now beginning to believe that the Clinton's have always played the race card. In the past they played it in a good way, but since the opponent in this race is black, the playing it in a good way would not help her all that much because he would still get the most black votes. That only leaves her with using the racism that is still alive in our country to persuade us uptight white voters to support her. She has shown already that she will use amount of disgusting slime  that she thinks she can to try to get this nomination.

I do hope that the sad state of this campaign will cause enough super delegates to step in soon and end this.

      Peace
      :)

I am beginning to feel like a man with no country. That country died when we failed to stand up for what is right.

      •  The Clintons play the Clinton card.... (0+ / 0-)

and anyone who gets in their way, or who is no longer useful, is expendable. Friends, "values", past positions mean nothing. I guarantee that if blacks were still splitting 50-50 for Obama, you wouldn't see any of this. It may not be racism, but it is amoral, cynical, political expediency--which may be worse.

Why don't you just face it, Hillary? You're not one of the good guys anymore.
