    Maybe he's just not a mushy guy when writing. His insistence on strictly adhering to a code of "honor" suggests a certain rigidity to begin with. But that's pure speculation. Forensic analysis on the handwriting might be nice, and complete access to the autopsy findings, if one was performed.

        was confirmed by his mother but she also noted that it was more legible and upright in its formation. She shared the written note with other writings from her son with handwriting experts and they confirmed it was his but acknowledged that it appeared to be written more carefully.

        closely... and lift out that very last sentence of the first paragraph... that is the only part that remotely says anything implying death.

        It almost reads like... when he initially wrote this... that he was sick of the corruption and perhaps was intending to resign or whatever military people do to handle these situations.

        Perhaps the handwriting experts need to reexamine that letter more closely... again... and see if they can ascertain whether the parts were written simultaneously at the same time... or if a sentence or two were "late additions."
