    I was sure this referred to that war:

    It is 40 years later, and this country finds itself again poisoned by war, a war that is jeopardizing the civil rights and civil liberties of all Americans - and again, Senator McCain is complicit.

    Let's get out of Iraq first, then we can concentrate ending the 30-year war on drugs in this country.  I know it's not an election issue, but it's a civil liberties issue, and a race issue, and a poverty issue, and a huge and growing budget issue.

    We won't solve the drug problem OR the crime problem until we separate the two!
