As we observe the 40th anniversary of Dr. King's assassination, I ask that we examine the principles and values on which Dr. King based his work, and apply them to our work today. It is 40 years later, and this country finds itself again poisoned by war, a war that is jeopardizing the civil rights and civil liberties of all Americans - and again, Senator McCain is complicit.

Congressman, it's time you put impeachment back on the table. Because one thing I notice about Dr. King's legacy - he didn't stop at pretty words, he acted on his beliefs even though he did so at great personal cost and risk.  He moved forward and did what was right because it was right, not because it was easy.  You need to move forward with impeachment hearings because it is the right thing to do - not because you are 100% guaranteed you will prevail.  There is no guarantee you will be sucessful, but if you do not even try then that is a guaranteed failure.  The Constitution of the United States is worth fighting for, Congressman.  It's time the United States Congress did something about it.
