    Look who else is dead:

    1. Rachel Scott, age 17, killed by shots to the head, torso, and leg on a grassy area next to the West Entrance of the school.
    1. Richard Castaldo, age 17, shot in the arm, chest, back and abdomen on the same grassy area.
    1. Daniel Rohrbough, age 15, killed by a shot to the chest on the West Staircase.
    1. Sean Graves, age 15, shot in the back, foot and abdomen on the West Staircase.
    1. Lance Kirklin, age 16, shot with wounds to the leg, neck and jaw on the West Staircase.
    1. Michael Johnson, age 15, escaped from the grassy knoll with wounds to his face, arm and leg.
    1. Mark Taylor, age 16, shot in the chest, arms and leg on the grassy knoll.
    1. Anne-Marie Hochhalter, age 17, shot in the chest, arm, abdomen, back, and left leg near the cafeteria's entrance.
    1. Brian Anderson, age 16, injured near the West Entrance by flying glass.
    1. Patti Nielson, age 35, hit in the shoulder by shrapnel near the West Entrance.
    1. Stephanie Munson, age 16, shot in the ankle inside the North Hallway.
    1. Dave Sanders, age 47, died of blood loss after being shot in the neck and back inside the South Hallway.

    To which, Moses said:

They say, "Don't come here." I guess what saddens me most is how it suggests complicity. It implies that you and I and eighty million honest gun owners are somehow to blame, that we don't care as much as they, or that we don't deserve to be as shocked and horrified as every other soul in America mourning for the people of Littleton.

"Don't come here." That's offensive. It's also absurd, because we live here.

Hmmm...unless, of course, it was kinda your fault...

And without the National Rifle Association and its allies in government protecting the right of the Tanner Gun Show to be an anarchic flea-market for weapons of murder, it's quite possible that neither Klebold or Harris would be names we know.

Charlton Heston killed those people. People die. People kill people. Dont start blotting out parts of the constitution out of fear.

...I'm saying Moses himself handed those guns to those kids...

OK, no I'm not...but I am saying the NRA spent millions of dollars to keep gun shows like Tanner around, to keep guns like the  TEC-DC9 semi-automatic available to the general public...

        The Constitution says:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

There was nothing well-regulated about this, so please kindly stop adding to the Constitution when it serves your purpose, hmmm-K?

        •  Any english major can tell you (0+ / 0-)

that when the constitution was penned, regulated was completely synonymous with manage. The bill of rights was an addition to the constitution, including the second amendment, which has nothing to do with a well managed militia.
