    My brother's 1st wife's father was killed by a drunk driver.

    Driving is a privilege, not a right. If you cannot understand traffic laws and pass a driver's test, you cannot drive. If you cannot see well enough to drive, you will not get a license.

    There is supposed to be a sense of responsibility associated with the actions of driving a vehicle, but I guess selling alcohol is really the most important part of the equation for some folks.

    At the end of the article, one simply has to look.
