    I.  Take a pork chop, make a small (~2 in.) incision in the side, and hollow out the middle.  Seer both sides in a frying pan with hot olive oil and remove (preferably with tongues.

Stuff the inside with a mixture of crushed peanuts (or pistachios, if your feeling swanky) and bleu cheese (or any stinky cheese).  Put the pork chop in a 350 oven for about 45 minutes.

    II. Mashed taters:

Boil some potatoes (1 large tatty per person) for about 15 minutes (I leave the skins on, thats where all the vitamins are), let them cool down a bit, and throw them in the cuisinart with say a cup of grated parmigiana and a bit of cream, with one or two cloves of garlic.  Blend carefully- too much and you'll have potato paste (still edible, though).

III. Open a can of green beans and throw in the microwave for 2 minutes.

    Easiest gourmet meal ever.
