    than it deserves. I refuse to get my knickers in a bundle over what does/does not happen there. The more upset we get over what they do, the more powerful they feel.

    IMHO (please note that emphasis), Obama could do himself no harm by appearing on that non-news channel. Given the base audience, he wouldn't/couldn't lose any votes and stood the chance to possibly gain a few.

    Obama presented himself well. As far as banality of some (most?) of the questions, Faux is hardly the only pundit broadcast (I refuse to call it news) to ask stupid, irrelevant questions. Had he not appeared, the Faux gaggle would have been babbling for days about him being "too afraid to face us," a formerly lobbed accusation against a former candidate. Obama shot a hole right through that argument.

    I think we've dedicated far more space to Obama's Faux appearance than it's worth.
