    i.e. a restraining order if anyone has collected a CallerID on the original source - or the specific time on any call - the telco may have internal records of who made the call knowing the number called and specific time . . . or if somebody having 'call trace' on a phone features package gets one of those calls, the telco should DEFINITELY have a record of the call.

      agressively.  A quick Google search seems to indicate prosecution might be pretty difficult, but even if possible  the priority should be to spread information as effectively as possible. Has it been forwarded to Obama's website?

      If some sort of verifiable evidence gets collected in this effort, even better.  

      There just isn't much time before NC.
