    I still worry that any theme that reminds people of the "don't change horses in midstream" idea is a bad one.  And I think that "you broke it, you own it" is too close to that, despite the attribution of fault in the latter that isn't really there in the former.  If I had to rewrite the ad, I would put much heavier emphasis on "It's time to fix what George Bush broke," and less on "you own it."  Anything that makes it seem like this is Bush's problem to solve doesn't help our case for throwing him out.
