    Changes. Which is counter-intuitive, but true. The tracking poll numbers only change from week to week. (For instance, tomorrow Monday--the height of the Wright shitstorm) will be replaced. Based on that alone, expect a large Obama bump. We've already seen signs of this with Obama's increases from being behind to being four points ahead over the weekend. Tracking polls are really useless, except to look back at an election and figure out what caused people to break. That's what they're for. They're not "instant polls."
