      There's WAY too much handwaving going on here.  Algae may be more efficient for generating biofuel, but it still isn't a free lunch.  I've seen claims from this Texan before, and I think he's exaggerating productivity by about an order of magnitude.  Although even at that, the basic concept is sound, and looks better than corn ethanol.
