    The rows and rows of babies' tombstones aren't unique to the FDLS compounds. They exist in Amish communities too, because the combination of inbreeding and lack of medical research has decimated many.

    It's all well and good to voluntarily decide to live more simply. It's wrong to deny the benefits of science to those who need them. Both attitudes exist in Amish communities.
