    I doubt it.

    If Warren Buffet were willing to serve as Treasury or Commerce secretary, I say take him. Just because the Republican's don't understand the concept of public service, doesn't mean that there aren't people, well qualified people, that have worked in areas impacted by government regulation and are also able to commit to public service.

    On the VP front, he needs someone with Executive experience. Obama has shown very good qualification, based on the campaign he's run, but having someone who has actually had to run a government (governor, big city mayor, General officer) or industrial organization, makes plenty of sense to me.

    Though I doubt that anything other than the political calculus will count.
