    Things got busy at work and I didn't come back to check on DailyKos for a day and a half. By the time I saw your reply to my comment, the time to rec this diary had expired. For whatever it's worth, you would have gotten my rec. At least the FISA/telecom immunity is back on the front page (Hunter has a story up about it and Steny Hoyer). I'd like to think that your diary had a little bit to do with that. In lieu of a rec, I'll be calling my congressperson again tomorrow to restate my opposition to caving on this.
