    He won't make any serious allegations. At least as far as Libby goes.

    Okay, maybe I'm wrong. Now they're getting to the good stuff.

      specific.  I think he doesn't attribute them to deliberate malfeasance, but misfeasance. However, what he's saying is they were so blinded by ideology and the 'permanent campaign' that they made the evidence fit the crime.  

      He won't claim the illegality of it, because he represented the Administration and could take a hit for it.  I think it's probably the closest we're going to get from all this, but it may be enough to spur further investigations.
