    Push them out the door one way or another.  

    Now I really don't know jack squat about this but it seems to me that:

    a) if it can be proven that their hiring was illegitimate, the original hiring could be reversed.

    b) they could be put on cases that they will refuse to take or will demonstrate serious incompetence on.

    c) they could be assigned to share offices and work on stuff with flaming lefties, GLBT folks who are way out of the closet, ferocious atheists, and so on, so they get scared and run away.

    d) similar to (c) but not quite so flaming or ferocious, in the attempt to truly change their minds by long-term contact with people they would have despised.

    Anyone here know enough to comment on this?

      ...have the people hired under Clinton show clear favoritism to the Obama hires, and encourage the graduates of Pat Robertson's Faith-Based Law School to seek refuge in Republican firms...after all, it's easy to get into heaven if you're rich.

      9-11 changed everything? Well, Katrina changed it back.
