      It's just damn frustrating. I liveblog the thing and actually read through significant amounts of a 216 page decision and no one notices.

        Several times I had the weird "indignity" of posting a fairly detailed diary on a new development, only to have it not only largely ignored, but for someone to write about the same topic a bit later and get a huge number of rec's. Once it was so close in content and even style to mine that I swore that it was plagiarized (and got the diarist to delete it as a consequence). Another time someone kindly put up a diary that summarized and linked to my diary, complained that no one read it, and gave me full credit for it, and IT got a huge number of rec's.

        I guess that the important thing is for people to find out, whoever gets "credit" for it.
