except with people who are already against Obama.

People will vote on issues that affect them personally -- the economy (which will be even worse in November), people losing their homes and jobs, and the price of gas.

Because people are actually scared and hurting, they don't give a sh!t about the swiftboating nonsense. I mean, remember how Obama's preacher was going to destroy his run for the Presidency?

Didn't happen. Because people DO want change, and McCain has no plan for that.

HOWEVER, this election can still be lost...or stolen...again...

When a government violates the unalienable rights of the people, it loses its legitimacy.

Don't be taken in by his low-key style. He's landing his blows with subtlety, understatement and great elegance, as in any Eastern martial art. 'Fighting back' with overt viciousness would drag him down to their level, and he will lose his unique lustre. We just can't afford that.

Also: Obama's determined to set his own agenda, not respond to his opponent's. Kerry looked like he wanted to fight back, but didn't know how; he projected helplessness. Obama projects that he's above that particular fray. There's a world of difference there.

      The splurge is working!
