    So, I'm interested in the timing of all of this...if these cases get prosecuted before Bush leaves office, won't he just blanket pardon the whole mob?  Are the Dems waiting until that possibility is no longer "on the table" to BushCo, or are they just spineless weenies that are complicit with the lawbreaking?

      Maybe ... then again maybe they are just letting this bounce to the courts.  As I understand it, it would be impossible to bring Bush, Cheney, others up on murder charges while they are serving.  Though it's possible to impeach them ... that train obviously left the station long ago.

      In Rove's case, all they want him to do is testify.  We all know the fat creep will claim executive privilege.  Let him show his ugly puss in Congress and make that claim.
