    It's TOO FREAKIN' EARLY to read too much into anything that people with actual lives to live might say at this point.

    I think you can say there is a real interest in Obama and some vague warmth for the "maverick" McCain who the press has liked over the years, but most people aren't paying that much attention yet!!

    While you can never rule out anything in this wacky world (new terrorist attack, Iran-Israeli fight to the finish, Hugo Chavez going to Disneyworld so he can hear those stupid little puppet things sing "It's a Small World"), I see an Obama landslide in November, and a big Congressional gain for Democrats.

    Whether they will know what to do with it is a different issue.

    Free speech? Yeah, I've heard of that. Have you?
