    Other than making speeches/statements that articulate vision (and I don't minimize the importance of that -- our guy does it exceptionally well) the POTUS runs his/her office to execute on the vision.

    It's not thin gruel. It's how things get done. POTUS doesn't submit a balanced budget his/herself. His/her office manages and directs OMB to get that done. It's not easy. And our ticket is better at it. I think we'd be well served to have ths debate if the Repubs want to.

      I won't bother looking it up at Bureau of Labor, because I think we take it as self evident. There's lots of people to manage toward proper execution of President Obama's vision.
