That a good speech will solve everything for McSame/Paleone.  Certainly the large audience that she will get is a factor.  She may drag the ratings up on his predictably bad speech.  This makes our task of pressing the TM on the need for complete vetting of Palin (oops Paleone) and the obvious total abdication of responsibility that McSame has made in his first decision.  Remember that the blogs were able to keep the pressure on Trent Lott until he folded.  Lets get busy. Write LTE. Ask national publications pointed questions. And most improtantly respect Baracks wish that we keep our hands off the daughter.  This BTW does not detract from Barack's campaign at this point.  He is doing just fine out there on the trail and TM is covering his speechs well.  Let's put the bright light of day on this unexcusable lapse of judgement by McSame

If the story about being for the bridge to nowhere before being against it (and taking the earmark money anyway) and her record as mayor (raising taxes and seeking federal earmarks) become countering points, then anything she says in terms of reform will be exposed as empty. Then, it'll be back to her personal story and biography, which aren't really enough. The key will be to expose her on issues and on theme... Most people assume McCain will emphasize reform & change in his speech (as opposed to "I will follow Bush") so all Obama needs to do is wrap Palin up in the "more of the same" theme.

Write a letter to the editor expressing outrage at McSame's complete abdication of responsiblity.  Or maybe call a Rethug congressman or Senator in your home state and ask why McSame is trying to loose the election.
