So when you said "are the ballots in sealed envelopes?  unsealed so they can be notarized later?", that was because, with your long history of following this issue (almost a week!!), I assume you knew well that ballots didn't need to be notarized, only applications, and you were just raising a spurious issue to send the Thune-ites scrambling in the wrong direction.

Now, you go on to say that you're "very aware the immediate issue concerns registrations."  But again, you're incorrect, because it still concerns absentee applications.  Obviously another clever ploy.

I can see why you're self-righteous about your long involvement with an issue you understand so well.

      issue "only a week".

You are talking THEORY.  WHAT IS THE ACTUAL LAW IN THE SPECIFIC STATE?

THAT MATTERS.  Your situation does not apply everywhere.

You are perseverating over speciosities.  There is an actual issue going on in, as example, SD, and your talking Chicago, or whereever the fuck you are.

WHAT IS THE LAW IN THE SPECIFIC STATE?  That is the standard by which the issues are understood in a given state.

you've got every single detail wrong, you come out blasting at me, using cuss words, ignoring the actual issue in SD (absentee applications), while angrily saying I don't know what the issue is.  You're a man after George Bush's heart?

(Or I guess you could be a woman for all I know.)
