  •  Of course -- but with regard to (0+ / 0-)

    Roe, it does not matter.

His judgement in selecting her is always to be questioned.  As is his lying about her, and about everything else.  As is her inexperience.

But on the issue of Roe, the fact that he chose her does not make a dime's bit of difference.

Here is a hypothetical scenario (unlikely, but possible).  We have an electoral college tie.  The Presidential selection goes to the House, voting by state.  Somehow, McCain wins.  For VP, the selection goes to the Senate.  Biden becomes the VP.

In this scenario, does who the VP is matter with respect to Roe?  No, because it does not matter who McCain has as VP -- He will still choose a Justice who will vote to overturn Roe.

That is all that I am saying.  I am not saying that his choice of her should not be discussed.  Or that it does not brings into serious question his judgement.  Just that with respect to the future of Roe, it changes nothing!

Experience - you use that word alot. I do not think it means what you think it means.

    •  Well, I agree to disagree with you. (0+ / 0-)

There's nothing you said that persuaded me.

New Rule - If you can remember where you were when Pearl Harbor was attacked, you cannot run for president.
