    abortion isn't discussed in the Constitution. Those things were strictly matters of privacy, not matters concerning the conducting of a rebellious colony against the tyranny of a monarchy. In the days of the founding of this country, herbs for abortion were grown in every cottage garden between Boston and Hampstead Heath. The tools for aborting fetuses adorned the shelves of any surgeon worth his salt. Laws usually overlook culture unless someone's nose is out of joint. McBush wants judges that will strictly follow his idea of what the Constitution should be. Tool and fool, indeed.
