    I just realized there are two sets of numbers on the open secrets page.  "Sproul & Associates" is payment by the RNC for voter registration work, whereas (all caps) SPROUL & ASSOCIATES is payment for political consulting.  Seems like a lot of money.  Wonder how the RNC will explain this.  (Details below)   My apologies if someone else has already posted this, but it seems important.
