    that the deployment was planned before this year.  If there is evidence of this I would feel a little bit at ease, but not much.  As I see this, reading this for the first time now, this is a direct attempt to control the public.  Nor is it mentioned in the article just who will be in control of this force, local goverment or federal?  Or will elected officers even control this force, will it be controlled by the DoD instead?  From the way I took it this force will be controlled by the DoD since they will still be going through marksmanship training while deployed.

      but the setup of NorthCom has changed over the last few years, and I believe this deployment was ordered last March.  I will try to find a citation and get back to you.  If someone else has it, I'd appreciate it!

        I think, not sure though if I really am happy to learn this.  I hate feeling like I have to be afraid of our own damn military, but when they do things like this all I can think of is "this is how it starts, slowly and secretly."
