    •  Has McClintock every endorsed McCain? (3+ / 0-)

      .... love those trick questions.

Is McClintock going to run for governor again as the movement to recall Arnold grows legs? I'm serious.  McClintock is at war with his own party.  I could pull up some seriously juicy quotes from McClintock's blogger about McCain, and some from McClintock also ...   this is a REAL issue here for the Republicans.

Brown is ex military and has been always of the opinion that... who he endorses is a private matter, which is how he conducted himself during his professional career, as he was trained to do,  and the Republicans love to try to twist it around as not having an opinion.

Brown is also picking up endorsements from local Republicans who realize this.  They don't want to send a rep to Congress who is going to do nothing but grandstand about Lincoln in 1865,  and make crazy loon statements insulting the majority party on a daily basis, no matter who the majority party is.

Charlie has made it clear that he intends to vote for Barack Obama.

And for tose of you that missed it, John McCain endorsed and actively campaigned for John Doolittle in the 2006 campaign. There was never much of a chance that McCain would have been Charlie's choice for President.
