      When you see "constitutional amendment" you should ALWAYS tread lightly.

      I have no problems with gambling (although it doesn't interest me) or a casino (although I wish they would stop promoting them as a panacea) but I don't like them trying to sneak themselves an uncompetitive deal into our state constitution.

      BTW what is Issue 2? I'll have to go look it up now. 5 of course is socking it to the payday lenders (vote yes!) I know sick days didn't make it.

        Issue 2:

        The measure would allow the state to sell $400 million in bonds with the money going for cleaning up brownfields and preserving natural areas and farmland. Half would go for cleanups, half for preservation and development of recreation areas.

        Democrats support it.
