    As someone who takes a couple of trips a year up to the Detroit casinos, I will vote NO on issue 6 because it allows only one casino and one group of people to profit.  This is worse that the last bill they tried to pass legalizing gambling in Ohio.  Unless it's fairly written, with other cities besides the three Cs to benefit, I will vote NO.

      you're basically right. The developers tossed in this idea of dividing the tax revenue between all the counties as a sop. But frankly if they were to build a resort of this magnitude, it would suck entertainment dollars out of the rest of the state in amounts far exceeding the small amount of gaming tax revenue they'd get. Look for everything from Cedar Point to your local zoos to take a hit.
