    The attitude of "why make it here, when we can make it cheaper over there", or "those jobs aren't important", has starved-out the bottom of the food chain over the past 30+ years. That starvation has been working it's way up the food chain over that same length of time. Now they're wondering why new car dealerships can't get credit lines.
    This was all going to happen anyway, high oil prices just kicked the process into high gear.
