    •  Hm.... (0+ / 0-)

You appear to be confusing the New Testament of the Christian Bible with the U.S. Constitution.

This is actually DailyKos.  Perhaps you are looking for Redstate.com?

      •  How is denigrating an acquaintance... (0+ / 0-)

of Obama going to help him get elected?  IMHO it would help his opponent.  I see this as counterproductive.

On the issue of my spiritual quest...  I've brushed enlightenment.  It has nothing to do with any one religion.  It's between me an the cosmos.  I used the quote from the Bible in the context of it being good advice.

        Proverbs 26:4-5:

Answer not a fool according to his folly,
lest you be like him yourself.
Answer a fool according to his folly,
lest he be wise in his own eyes.

Guess I should have remembered that before...

        •  It Only Denigrates Obama (0+ / 0-)

If Obama supported the awful things Ayers condoned (even if it was 38 years ago) which he doesn't.

Obama has soundly condemned the Weather Underground's actions on numerous occasions, and Ayers for his involvement in them.  I am not denigrating his acquaintance any more than Obama himself has done so.
