    I just voted in GA's most repug county,Fayette.  The lines were long and it was obvious half the voters were for Obama. I have voted in every election since 1960 and have never seen this much interest.

      I researched voting patterns in Metro Atlanta for a paper.  Fayette, like other middle and inner-ring suburban counties (Henry, Rockdale, Gwinnett, Douglas, Newton, Cobb) is getting more Democratic.

      Also, at least you don't live in Paulding.  McGovern did better than Kerry there!
