Seriously, I worked harder here in 2004 than
I am working now and we didn't buy these numbers
FOR A SECOND.  Wanna know why?
Check and see how many votes ERSKINE BOWLES
and RICHARD BURR got in the US SENATE race in
    Wake Co. in 2004.

    Richard Burr 163,069 Votes
    Erskine Bowles 177,324 Votes

George W. Bush / Dick Cheney 177,324 Votes
John F. Kerry / John Edwards 169,909 Votes

    THERE IS NO FUCKING WAY
That the Democrat and the Republican get the
EXACT SAME number of votes in these 2 different
    high-profile races.
I don't think there is anything real about these
numbers at all.  There were a lot of other
strange anomalies in NC that year, including one
county with a 10%UNDERvote FOR PRESIDENT.

But we have continued to work hard on the counting
issues and I expect to have more confidence this
    time around.

The road to hell has not YET been paved with Republicans, but it SHOULD be -- Corrected BumperSticker

They may well have cheated, but Kerry officially LOST Wake county in 2004.

I was working in the Kerry-Edwards Raleigh HQ every single day from the time it opened to election day and I can assure you, Kerry's ground game was NOT good.
