      you register with a party affiliation.  come election time, your voter reg. card and ballot show up in the mail.  you fill out your ballot and put it inside the "secrecy envelope."  then you put that inside the real envelope, sign on the back and mail it in.  or if you're uptight like i am, you take it to one of the drop boxes...LOL!

      but i suppose that they do have the party breakdown on record, so that all makes enough sense.
