    The loss of freedom of speech.

      because i'm curious to the specific angle you're taking.

      I found it fascinating that it was Rush Limbaugh who said that "there is no freedom of speech in this country any more" when he got fired by ESPN for saying that "the media is very desirous for a black quarterback to do well" in reference to Donovan McNabb of the Philadelphia Eagles. He wasn't arrested or flogged in the public square for violating any law, it was his employer who cut him loose because the employer did not want to bear the consequences of how pissed off the listeners were when they heard Limbaugh's words. What that really means is that was purely capitalistic greed that caused Limbaugh to get fired, not censorship by civil authorities.

      I thought Limbaugh loved Capitalism.

      Ah, again the beauty of Irony.
