Ohio, and several swing states, have Democratics governors and SOS. Any shenanigans have to go through them.

People panic too much on this site.

    •  Well, the governor is not the elections official (0+ / 0-)

the secretary of state is, and she's an experienced and well-qualified Democrat committed to fair elections. But the Republicans won't stop dragging her into court, demanding she do this and that extra step that has been deemed by her to be unneccesary. They are trying to create hoops for her to jump through.

We're retiring Steve LaTourette (R-Family Values for You But Not for Me) and sending Judge Bill O'Neill to Congress from Ohio-14: http://www.oneill08.com/

      •  And if she tells them to go jump in the lake (0+ / 0-)

...or at least, gets around to addressing them AFTER the votes have been cast...?

Worked for Katherine Harris in 2000. Just sayin'.
