  •  FL yes, OH no (0+ / 0-)

They'll take Florida, even as Obama gets the most votes. Obama would need 60% for that not to happen.

But not Ohio. Ohio has a Dem Gov, AG, and SoS. They'll count it fairly. Florida has Republicans in all of those offices.

Missouri and Colorado join Ohio in having Dems in power in the key vote-related offices, when Republicans were there before. This means a better shake for Democrats, not only in counting votes, but in freedom to cast votes. Republican Secretaries of State are really good at having fewer and older, poorly functioning voting machines in, for example, the AA precincts.

    •  Have you all considered why two officials from (0+ / 0-)

DOJ leaked news of the investigation in the first place?

What if not everyone in the DOJ is a Regent graduate, and some of them actually want to see the Constitution protected and figure that only through leaking to the press can a loud enough outrage be generated to stop the investigation?

If so, it wouldn't be the first time that high ranking officials in the Justice Department mutinied.
