      of limited utility unless Smartech could crack multiple platforms on divergent hardware.

          While the data they sent Smartech would all be in the same format, it would take different hacks for Smartech to penetrate, and change original data in, each of these types of systems.

            but why are all the other servers in Ohio? is that uncommon for a government web-site? why not have a back-server for each county too? do these questions make sense?
