I'm catching up with Countdown and apparently McCain hitting Obama for saying that the day of the Iowa caucus his "faith in the American people was vindicated."  McCain is attacking it suggesting that it was the same as Obama saying he had lost faith in the American people.  Does he not know what the word means?

Barack Obama's statement was the exact opposite of what McCain is suggesting.  Does he think the electorate is this stupid?
