    •  Maybe so (0+ / 0-)

It was the primary.  I was a Hillary supporter.  I believed it.

I have been writing in my head an article about my Mea Culpa, explaining why I thought McCain would beat Obama but not Clinton.  Maybe I will have time to write it this weekend.

Plus, it was a no lose bet for me.  If I "won" the bet i'd get a free dinner.  If I "lost" the bet, that meant a Democrat was President.  I lost the bet, but I won a whole lot more.  It is much much better than if I had won the bet.  McCain would be President-Elect.  I'd have a free dinner, and come january, my wife and I would be living on a Kibbutz somewhere in the Israeli dessert.
