    As I remember from one article about the immediate post-"victory" period, Chalabi's friends were among the first to "loot" government offices in Baghdad.  I don't remember the article.  Can anyone help me out?

    Chalabi, a now-suspected Iranian agent, pushes naive neo-cons into leading the US into a war of choice that would become a quagmire.  Chalabi's friends loot government offices.  It is now suspected that Iranians benefitted from the looting of the explosives warehouses.  Am I the only one who sees a pattern here?
