    I meant that you may want to think about your point of saying those of us who were unenthusiastic about Franken are not true democrats.

    I am as left as it gets, which is why I supported Nelson-Pallmeyer--who was the left-most of the candidates. Franken won the primaries, so I supported him. I do not have to be "enthusiastic" about him however, because I am not. I don't dislike the man, so I would not say he "sucks." His heart is in the right place, but I cannot be "enthusiastic" about him as a senator.

    Nothing, in my opinion, is either/or, black/white, up/down. My point about your point was not to denigrate the fact that some people chose to make a statement about both leading senate candidates -- I did not, but again I cannot fault those who did.
