    Senators are Federal employees and are not subject to removal by their constituents.  Only fellow senators can vote to remove a senator from his or her job.  That's what they'll have to do with Senator Stevens of Alaska if he has the nerve to try to hold on to his seat after his appeal falls through.

      Maybe Harry will let him stay,too. He gave Inouye a Chairmanship even though he testified as to Stevens' fine character.  Hell, maybe he'll make Lieberman Majority Whip.  Harry LIKES Republicans.
