    This is a good synopsis of the Clinton proposal. But all you have to do is look at the map to see why allocating only 80-90-95% of the West Bank (not part of Israel) to the Palestinians is not good enough: There are Israeli-controlled towns and roads scattered throughout. It's ridiculous: How is "Palestine" a country if it has territory from another country embedded in it? The fair solution is a 100.0% Palestinian controlled West Bank, and no right of return to what is now defined as Israel.
