  •  Troll rate away, it's what I believe (0+ / 0-)

I didn't think about Lieberman once when I was donating to Obama or making calls or knocking on doors. I ignored him like the little goblin he is.

I want real problems addressed. I want the fight to continue. I don't want to be sucked down into these stupid battles over idiots like Lieberman.

    •  So (0+ / 0-)

If Lieberman tommorow says "Goodbye you spineless suckers, Im running to the GOP halfway house"

      What then?  Are we hurt?

If what you are saying is the week long controversy wasting our time, I agree 110%.
And I blame that on Reid for finishing this in the summer,  but hey it has to be done.

But no, I didn't put my life into this election and the 2006 election to bend over to more capitulation.

If this isn't capitulation to the right, I don't know what is.

I don't know what is. Tearing down Reid or Obama to get to Lieberman is not the path to solutions. Yes it sucks that he's still around. I believe there are alternatives to this battle that so many here seem so eager to fight.

Just for example, why aren't we all demanding Obama get rid of DHS? The committee would disappear completely. DHS is a wasteful hole.

Pointless, NO,  at the end of the day for me this all about our base.

Obama won by winning the country, where McCain just got a weak base vote,  but do you really think Obama could have won with an apathetic or complacent base?

You think Obama would get rid of anything with the word homeland, or security in it?
hahahahaha,  bush legacies for at least 2 more years.

All I hope is that he goes to the GOP, honestly I feel that is the safest bet for us, and will free us of having to discuss if a republican can caucus with us, by just letting him caucus with his own party.

We don't need a republican in our caucus.
          Let him go.
