    Well employed, adult white male, conservative appearance, engaged to be married.

    I didn't get it as it was happening.  Clueless.  But it took me over a month to find a place to live--and the older Jewish couple who finally rented me a basement apt clued me in when I made a comment about how tough it was to find a place....

    I'm sensitive to bigotry in action now--even when it's not explicitly expressed.

    (And, for the record, I've been renting to Mormons for the last 18 years--I'm not aimlessly vindictive.)

    But I'm aware that there's a problem in Mormon culture, and damned if I'll just ignore it.
