His name is Richard Mellon S-C-A-I-F-E. He financed the GOP's mission to overthrow a legitimately elected president with manufactured "evidence".

Whenever I think about Alponse D'Amato, one of the most crooked senators ever, "investigating" the Clintons for six years, I want to knock Scaife upside the head with a 2x4 or even better, cut his balls off with a rusty razor blade.

As it turns out, Scaife really is a scummy lowlife who gets his rocks off screwing hookers in cheap motels.

I presume you're talking about Richard Mellon Scaife, well known wingnut financier.
