  •  Faux Apologies Don't Matter (5+ / 0-)

Zogby can apologize or faux apologize, forever, but it won't change the damage he did with the push-polling. It's like asking the jury to forget what they heard....

    •  See and that's what bugs me about the left (0+ / 0-)

"Damage" really?  There was no damage.  These ppl already thought AA's were/are stupid.  These ppl don't respect truth or facts.  The only ppl swayed by this are  the wingnuts anyways.  The left seems to fear everyone/everything.

you might want to rethink your comment..unless of course you're intimating that you didn't vote democratic...because if you did of course, you are admitting your own "stupidity" and that you're scared of your own shadow!

        •  Really who do you think Ziegler is going to (0+ / 0-)

persuade?  He's just preaching to the choir of wingnuts who already have a low opinion of minorities.   Oh and I'm not afraid of my own shadow, I am annoyed  by ppl who went through a whole election cycle, and still don't understand that Ziegler and his ilk are relics.    If anything this poll will create a backlash.

Seriously, for the GOP to become a national party the need minority voters.
Do you really think this poll helps the GOP get more minority votes?

oh..but they aren't relics because here we are yapping about dolts like Zeigler and Zogby on a left wing website.....there were plenty of dems who reluctantly voted for Obama, especially in Western PA, Appalachia and the deep south who could be swayed to change their minds (if thats what we want to call the tiny pea that occupies their cerebellum). Push-polls are never a good thing because they usually tend to slander the other side with fear tactics. It's not always the ignorant, however, who fall for the that type of polling...if push-polling didn't work, they wouldn't do it...

          •  How is he preaching to the choir when (0+ / 0-)

his push-poll only talked to Obama voters?

            •  because the interviews were grist for wingnuts (0+ / 0-)

not the actual audience. ziegler's essentially trying to get some responses that he can hold up to greater wingnuttia and say "see? they don't believe our lies the truth, they're teh stoopid! hahaha"

the kind of chance we had this year to change some minds?

I have to elect a Governor, an LG, and an AG in 2009. I could use all the votes from this year that I can get.
